Habitat:
Rocky to sandy bottoms in 0-1.0 meters of water. Common assoc.: (Chara sp.) muskgrass, (Elatine minima) waterwort, (Juncus pelocarpus) brown-fruited rush, (Iosetes echinospora) spiny-spored quillwort.
Occurrence Remarks:
Uncommon with only scattered locations on the southeast shore of main lake and southwest shore of little lake; Chara seems to exclude it as the only places we found it were in sandy/rocky loactions without muskgrass.
