Associated Species: Major dominants Acer saccharinum & Ulmus americana; prevalent groundlayer spp. Carex lupulina, Cinna arundinacea, Impatiens capensis, Laportea canadensis, Leersia virginica, Lycopus uniflorus, Pilea pumila, Solidago gigantea; also Bromus latiglumis, Cicuta maculata, Elymus riparius, Lobelia siphilitica, Persicaria sagittata
