Growing in association with Aster novae-angliae, Argentina anserina, and Agalinus tenuifolia.
Occurrence Remarks:
Water level extreemly low due to the drought.; Fairly common composite with orangish-yellow ray flowers. Adaxial side of leaves and stems reddish-purple. Peduncles and phyllaries stipiate-glandular.
