Habitat:
Previously farmed areas along small creek, brushy areas with Cornus racemosa, Rhamnus cathartica, Ilex verticillata, Quercus macrocarpa, Impatiens capensis, Solidago canadensis, S. gigantea, Arctium minus, Galium asprellum.
Occurrence Remarks:
Patch of goldenrods, this one 2 m. tall; stems puberulent. Growing with no. 67530 Solidago gigantea and almost identical, but that species with glabrous stems below the inflorescence, inflorescences slightly different in presentation, and heads larger.
