Habitat: Soybean field with much Amaranthus tuberculatus around the edge and within the field in a strip where probably not treated with glyphosate. Soybean field on other side of Hwy. 61 is entirely free of this species.
Occurrence Remarks: Erect herbs to 2 m. tall. Pistillate plants. Parts of two plants pressed, one with yellow-green stems and light yellow-green fruit, the other one with red fruit.
