Habitat: Small but diverse hardwood swamp on north shore of Lake Winnebago. Green ash-red maple dominant with some cottonwood and swamp white oak.
Associated Species: Rhamnus cathartica, Frangula alnus, Cornus sericea, Onoclea sensibilis, Athyrium filix-femina, Boehmeria cylindrica, Iris virginica, Eutrochium maculatum, Symphyotrichum lateriflorum, Mentha canadensis, Sagittaria latifolia, Glyceria striata, Carex spp. (See my numbers 3952-3985 for more associates).
