Large marsh in floodplain of creek, tussock Carex spp., Hasteola suaveolens, Eupatorium maculatum, E. perfoliatum, Lysimachia thyrsiflora, with scattered Cornus obliqua, C. sericea, Salix exigua, Salix spp.
Occurrence Remarks:
Clump of shrubs, 3 m. tall, the stems to 4 cm. in diameter. Nearly leafless. Inflorescence hanging; fruit red on one side, yellow-green on the other.
