Habitat: Reed Canary meadow on spongy peat - with higher plant diversity than normal. A few sedge species and forbs maintaining viable populations.

Occurrence Remarks: Collected as part of the National Wetlands Condition Assessment (EPA). Common.; Strongly rhizomatous clone. Leaves blue-green, sterile.
