Habitat: Dense patch of Typha, in tiny bit of marsh between Hwy. 23 abd parking lot of commercial building, some plants could be spontaneous and native in the area, but others look suspiciously like planted for a "green" water retention pond.
Associated Species: Erechtites hieraciifolius, Lobelia syphilitica, Asclepias incarnata, Eupatorium perfoliatum, Verbena hastata, Vernonia fasciculata
Occurrence Remarks: Staminate and pistillate parts of inflorescence with long separation.
