Habitat:
Steep W-facing slope above the lake, along and above footpath, with many dolomite and chert boulders and rocks fallen from further up the slope.
Associated Species:
Secondary woods of Quercus macrocarpa, Carpinus caroliniana, Carya ovata, Tilia americana, Prunus serotina, the understory with much small Rhamnus cathartica, Lonicera x bella complex.
Occurrence Remarks:
Inconspicuous. Past the fruiting stage and many inflorescences have fallen.
