United States, Wisconsin, Polk, Gov. Knowles State Forest, 0.5mi N of 230th Ave on River Road, go SW on trail across field
Occurs in an open seepage meadow dominated by Angelica atropurpurea and Phalaris arundinacea. Growing at edge of flowing streamlet on muck over sandy-cobbly substrate in full sun. With Rorippa nasturtium-aquaticum, Myosotis scorpioides, Impatiens capensis, Caltha palustris, Epilobium cf coloratum, Rumex orbiculatus. Area was disturbed in past but now staying naturally open. Only a few flowering, mature clumps seen; did not search entire area (50 by 80m).
