Habitat:
Lowland forest just west of Stroebe Island along a slough in Little Lake Butte des Morts where it flows into the Fox River at confluence with Mud Creek.
Occurrence Remarks:
Dominated by green ash, silver maple, and cottonwood. Understory wide open with almost no shrubs. Associates: Solidago gigantea, Carex spp., Pilea, Lysimachia nummularia, Arisaema triphyllum, Scutellaria lateriflora, Bidens spp., Sium, Iris sp.
