Locality:
United States, Wisconsin, Polk, Interstate State Park. About 3 km southwest of St. Croix Falls. About 500 meters north of the intersection of County Road S. and 113th Ave.
Habitat:
Plants common in slight opening along trail in wetter portion of mesic hardwood forest. Area dominated by Rudbeckia laciniata. Plants parasitizing a vareity of species, but predominantly on Amphicarpaea bracteata.
