Habitat: Most likely an old marsh or wet prairie now completely converted to a Phalaris arundinacea monoculture.
Associated Species: Symphyotrichum lanceolatum, Stachys sp., Eutrochium maculatum, Oxypolis, Urtica dioica, Verbena hastata.
Occurrence Remarks: Native spp. just barely hanging on in pockets or on the edges.
