Habitat:
Mostly unshaded, at gravel road down from dolomite quarry, highly disturbed, unshaded alluvial and dolomite gravel and sand (Mollugo verticillata, Abutilon theophrasti, Potentilla norvegica and other annual weeds), and edge of young woods with Celtis occidentalis, Populus deltoides, Juglans nigra.
Occurrence Remarks:
Small, dwarfed plant, on unshaded gravel pile. Some much larger plants here are only beginning to bloom.
