Habitat: Northern sedge meadow being invaded by Populus tremuloides & Alnus incana subsp. rugosa, w/ Acer rubrum, Prunus pensylvanica, Salix pyrifolia, Scirpus, Spiraea, Thalictrum, Triadenum, etc. Open, dry, upper edge w/ Achillea millefolium, Anaphalis margaritacea, Pteridium, Solidago
Associated Species: canadensis, & Symphyotrichum ciliolatum.
Occurrence Remarks: Forming and dominating a distinct, band-shaped zone of vegetation. Collected for the 2019 Wisconsin Botanical Foray
