Habitat: muck bottom along edge of creek in water <0.25 m deep
Associated Species: Juncus effusus (common rush), Juncus nodosus (jointed rush), Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani (softstem bulrush), Eleocharis erythropoda (red-footed spikerush), Sparganium emersum (short-stemmed bur-reed)
Occurrence Remarks: Dudley's rush; globose capsule; tan base straw top; folded over w/ acute tip; tepals taller than capsule - 4 mm, acute; seeds amber 0.5 mm; not tailed; dark tipped-pitted; once [one?] small cluster of plants at the point were the only plants seen on survey
