Habitat: In mesic hardwood forest of Acer saccharum, Quercus rubra, Tilia americana and Fraxinus americana. Understory with Acers saccharum and Ostrya virginiana common. Ground layer with Carex deweyana, Monotropa uniflora, Carex arctata.
Occurrence Remarks: Occasional. Duplicate sent to SUWS.
