Locality: United States, Wisconsin, Dane, Madison, 4511 Helgesen Dr. Marked with two gray plastic poles. In an opening in the fence line near the Dane County and WI DNR property line. There are several PVC popes in the ground there. These are presumable for some sort of ground water monitoring

Habitat: Found on the edge of a prairie planting where it meets an old fence row next to an old quarry/borrow area of some type. The prairie planting is diverse with White false indigo, Culver's root, big bluestem, purple prairie clover, cup plant, and Bee balm. Less desirable plants include Queen Anne's lace, wild parsnip, smooth brome, black locust, and honeysuckle.
Occurrence Remarks: Sheet 1 of 2. One large plant. Several small plants at base of large one. Large plant was removed for IPAW training event. Small plants were pulled. Area was also sprayed with a mix of Element 3A and Escort.
