Habitat: A soft water lake with slightly alkaline, medium brown water. Additional information for Cochrane & Cochrane 7542: marshy shore (near-shore edge of marsh described on main label), with Typha latifolia, Glyceria borealis, Carex vesicaria, Myrica gale, and Ludwigia palustris var. americana. Shallow water, 3 inches deep, silty bottom.
