Thin Quercus velutina woodland on crumbling sandstone slope, upper half of N side of bluff, with Pinus resinosa (a few individuals), Hamamelis virginiana, Pteridium aquilinum, Oryzopsis pungens, Carex pensylvanica (ground layer dominant), C. umbellata, C. aenea, Comptonia peregrina, Lysimachia quadrifolia, Aralia hispida, & Vaccinium angustifolium.
