Habitat: Abandoned RR right-of-way through former prairie area, completely overgrown, the E side with a few individual prairie plants barely persisting, the W side quite wooded, with trees now reaching 10m tall and patches of understory herbs (Hydrophyllum virginianum, Galium aparine). Prairie spp. with weedy tendencies occupy the roadbed gravel between the ties. In cracks of weathered RR ties.
