Southern cattail marsh (Typha angustifolia dominant, w/ sedges and grasses), divisible into 3 poorly marked zones resulting from increasing water depth: B) Middle (grass-sedge) zone, w/ Typha angustifolia (freq.) Calamagrostis canadensis (dominant), Carex aquatilus (subdominant), C. lacustris, Scirpus acutus, Salix petiolaris, Pilea fontana, Cicuta bulbifera, Lycopus uniflorus. This plant at transition line where Habitat B gives way to Habitat A.
