Habitat: Wet, completely open Cyperacea-Sphagnum meadow often on bare black peat, along drainage ditch. With Drosera interm., Rhyncopsora alba, Xyris torta, Lycopodium inund., Bartonia virgin., Viola lanceolata, Gerardia paupercula var. borealis, Muhlenbergia uniflora.
