Habitat: Inner edge of moat depression at base of Upper Cambrian sandstone bluff on S side; just about the SW most of acid peat bogs (cf. bog shadow map), persisting in a cold pocket. Very soft, coarse mucky peat:moat. WIth Carex oligosperma, C. rostrata, Scirpus cyperinus, Hypericum majus, Bidens cernua, B. coronata var. tenuiloba.
