Habitat: Wet, completely open Cyperaceae-Sphagnum meadow often on bare black peat, along drainage ditch. With Drosera interm., Rhynchospora alba, Xyris tort, Lycopodiun inund., Bartonia virgin, Viola lanceolata, Gerardia paupercula var. borealis, Muhlenbergia uniflora.
