Habitat: Excellent 40 acre acid bog. Partly floating, partly submerged peaty muck (cat's eye lake). Fine brown peat ooze, right in but near shore of bog lake, w/ Cyperus engelmannii, C. rivularis, Scirpus smithii, Dulichium arundicaneum, Eleocharis engelmannii, Juncus canadensis, Drosera intermedia, Brasenia schreberi, Nuphar sp., Hypericum majus, Triadenum fraseri, Lycopus uniflorus. Kettle hole depression
