Habitat: In lake shore wet marsh dominated by Glyceria canadensis and Dulichium arundinaceum, with Leersia oryzoides, Eleocharis smallii, Scirpus cyperinus, Carex rostrata. Also with Cicuta bulbifera, Typha latifolia, Polygonum coccineum, Scutellaria galericulata Spiraea tomentosa var. rosea, S. alba. Bounded on deep water side by Brasenia-Nuphar-Nymphaea-Utricularia society.
