Georeference Remarks: Latitude/Longitude was derived from the Township, Range, Section location. This causes an imprecision.
Habitat: Grassy marsh (Phalaris arundinacea dominant) at water's edge on small island 600ft S of bridge. Bottomland hardwood forest (very immature, the dominant tree the naturalized Catalpa speciosa), dried sloughs, and grassy marshes at the river's edge, The whole area now pastureland, along river. Assoc.: Eleocharis erythropoda, Polygonum seedlings, Impatiens capensis, Acer saccharinum seedlings, Asclepias incarnata, Eupatorium macultaum, and Solidago gigantea, little else.
