Habitat:
Heavily grazed marshy lowland along river, drainage ditches have just been dug and the whole bottomland will be in corn in1978. Some low prairie and marsh species, but vegetation very depauperate. Typha latifolia, Verbena hastata, Polygonum spp., Eupatorium perfoliatum, Asclepias incarnata. Small tree, single trunk.
