Habitat:
With Populus grandidentata and Corylus americana invading prairie relict in old pasture on hill. Saplings 10ft. tall. The unusually large leaves are puzzling. Normal for young, vigorous trees? Populus tremuloides (M. Nee #833) had no such leaves. All three of thses saplings growing side by side. Sheet 2 of 2.
