Habitat:
Found growing in an abandoned, hilly, dry pasture. Associated with Monarda fistulosa (purple). Also Plantago major, Oenothera, Potentilla. This white variety consisted of a clone of 6 or 7 white specimens growing in the midst of hundreds of purple Monarda's. Inflorescences white.
