Habitat: A long, curving sandstone ridge capped by a thin rocky layer of limestone with large, high-quality dry prairie on portions of N-facing slopes and all across top. Next to a Juniperus virginiana stump, more or less assoc. with Lithospermum canescens,. Dodecatheon meadia.
