Habitat: Excellent bluff prairie; prairie on lower bluff slopes, with few weeds, some rare plants, such as Psoralea esculenta, Artemisia frigida, A. dracunculoides, Muhlenbergia cuspidata, Eupatorium altissimum. Additional speices noted in association with. Hansen, Nee & Phillips No. 4043. Excellent, large calcareous bluff prairie below massive limestone cliffs. With Artemisia frigida, A. ludoviciana, A. dracunculoides, A. caudata, Solidago nemoralis, S. rigida, S. speciosa, Equisetum hyemale,
