Habitat: Strip of southern wet-mesic forest along shore of lake, red ash (Fraxinus pennsylvanica var. pennsylvanica) the only dominant, hardly any individuals of other tree spp. present except for very edge of upland side. Southern wet-mesic. forest (Fraxinus nigra & Ulmus americana both very rare) w/ Carex projecta, Cinna arundinacea (common), Glyceria striata, Muhlenbergia sylvatica, Boehmeria cylindrica, Pilea pumila, Parthenocissus inserta, Circaea lutetina ssp. canadensis,
