Locality: United States, Wisconsin, Walworth, About 0.1 miles N. of Lulu Lake and 50 miles W of the Mukwonago river. The fen stretches W from river's edge to the southern tip island.

Habitat: Fen in an oak savanna island. Growing in damp, peaty substrate. In full sun. Dominant vegetation are sedges, although in places forbs (Solidago and Aster) comprise the dominant vegetation.
