Habitat: Southern sedge meadow (tussock-forming Carex stricta dominant) in bottom of small depression lying in ground moraine topography. Assoc.: Equisetum fluviatile, Carex pellita, Typha latifolia, Phalaris arundinacea, Caltha palustris, Cornus stolonifera, and Eupatorium maculatum.
