Locality: United States, Wisconsin, Grant, Along CTH VV, 3mi NW of Cassville. [From habitat-here =] CTH VV between entrance to Nelson Dewey State Park & where VV turns NE out of river valley.

Habitat: Rocky or grassy roadside bank at base of river bluff with thin woods of Quercus spp., Juglans nigra, Rhus typhina, bank w/ a few paririe plants, Rhus glabra, Sporobolus asper, Xanthoxylum americanum, Verbascum thapsus, and no. 22034. Tridens flavus (L.) Hitchc. (This species forming patches of many plants, the largest patch 8m long, few smaller ones scattered, all on steep bank on upper side of road but mostly mowed off. Seems to be only colony of T. flavus along highway here.
