Habitat: Muck bottom in shallow water 0-1.5 meters deep. Common assoc.: (Utricularia vulgaris) common bladderwort, (Brasenia schreberi) watershield, (Nymphaea odorata) white water lily, (Nuphar variegata) spatterdock, (Utricularia gibba) creeping bladderwort.
Notes: Uncommon; almost all individuals were found in the northwest bays where it was found among floating leaf species.
