Habitat: Light shade to full sun. With Carex pensylvanica and scattered Toxicodendron radicans, Verbascum thapsus, Oryzopsis asperifolia, Uvularia sessilifolia, and Corylus cornuta, under light shade of Acer saccharum and Ostrya virginiana.
Notes: Common along road corridor, forming dense patches in mowed and unmowed area. Most shoots vegetative, and corollas no longer evident on apparent reproductive shoots. Light shade to full sun. [UWSP141903, UWSP143327 apparently part of same collection].
