Habitat:
Thick muck soil in and out of the water <0.5 meters. Common assoc.: (Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani) softstem bulrush, (Typha latifolia) broad-leaved cattail, (Pontederia cordata) pickerelweed, (Juncus effusus) common rush, (Dulichium arundinaceum) three-way sedge, (Sagittaria latifolia) common arrowhead.
Notes:
Rare; restricted to the small finger bay in the north/northeast corner of the lake.
