Habitat: Muck bottom along the shoreline. Common assoc.: (Typha latifolia) broad-leaved cattail, (Sagittaria latifolia) common arrowhead, (Schoenoplectus tabernaemontani) softstem bulrush, (Schoenoplectus fluviatilis) river bulrush, (Carex comosa) bottle-brush sedge.
Notes: A very few individuals were scattered among the cattails and arrowheads near the creek outlet.
