Habitat: Deep roadside ditch obviously once flooded now only damp. Soil very sandy. With Calopogon tuberosus var. tuberosus, Platanthera clavellata, Drosera rotundifolia, Hypericum kalmianum, Oenothera perennis, Lysimachia terrestris, Xyris montana, Polygala sanguinea.and across the road to the west in a drier site Asclepias hirtella.
