Habitat: Muck botton at the shoreline in 0-0.25 meters of water. Common assoc.: (Sagittaria latifolia) common arrowhead, (Typha latifolia) broad-leaved cattail, (Cicuta bulbifera) blue-bearing water hemlock, (Calla palustris) water arum.
Notes: Rare with only a few scattered individuals located along shore and on the boggy islands near the river inlet. [Dupl. accession no.- editor added "a"].
